Hotel a Mare Island

“The stand-in shower only had a curtain. The floor waa getting wet. ”

“There was machine sound at night. Called the front desk. They did not care.”

“We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday night. The entire hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes. It was stuffy and stinky. After 7hrs of driving we were too tired to go anywhere else. We were checked in quickly and went to our room. Opened the door to a well used, dirty room. Went back downstairs and was given another room. The hallways smelled of drugs and was extremely hot. Our room according to the wall AC was 80*. The hallway was hotter. It took about 2hrs to cool down. We did open the window...

“Early check-in not possible. The cleaning staff were the nicest people there. Front-desk staff were not very good.”

“The staff when I checked in was not welcoming, barely looked me in my face. Room was clean. Probably the best feature was how close we were to everything. Would stay again just for that. The pool wasn't open just the hot tub. ”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Everything about this hotel was nice, but the TV remote did not work properly, along with there being a big burn hole in one of the bed ruffles that was really noticeable. ”

“This property was rated excellent. No way! Smelled of must and mildew throughout the entire building and even outside. We stayed here so we could relax in a jacuzzi and the pool and our confirmation said we had that available, yet we get there and learn that the pool and jacuzzi are under construction and unavailable. The so-called breakfast was very limited pretty much just bails or toast. So we paid a higher amount than other places in the area and didn't get anything we stayed there for. And...

“Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. Pool area was clean and perks (daily snack service at no cost and free drinks each evening) made our family trip a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.”

“Abbiamo deciso di fermarci durante il viaggio in California nel paese di San Rafael per risparmiare una notte a San Francisco (visto i costi decisamente maggiori per la camera e il parcheggio auto), venivamo dallo Yosemite N.P. e abbiamo fatto un pò di costa nella zona di Point Reyes e nel tratto di fronte San Francisco per fare le foto al Golden Gate dalla Scenic Drive e al Golden Gate Bridge View Vista Point.
